Blue Prana freediving instructor course is intended for those who have the sport of freediving at heart, and salty sea water flows in the veins of their souls.
The course is specially designed for those who want to teach free diving, and spread the sport around the world safely, and no less importantly, in a methodical way that is both fun and effective.

During the first 12 days, we will learn how to pass the theoretical part of the basic and advanced course.
We will go over:
*, Unlike other freediving organizations/schools, the instructors course instructor goes through all the lessons and content at the level of their presentation to the trainees,
And the soon to be instructors undergo a personal mentoring of each presentation that they are supposed to give in order to reach the highest level of readiness before they start teaching.
There will also be 3 entrances to the water (to be accepted to the instructor’s course there are standards of water ability that the course instructor candidate must meet in advance) during which we will learn by personal mentoring how to conduct water with trainees to bring them to the potential of the marine mammal. According to the standards of the international freediving organization Apnea Total.
After teaching the theory lessons, the new instructors will experience the teaching of full courses under the supervision of the IT (instructor trainer).
Completion of the instructor course is conditional on a minimum of teaching 2 basic courses and at least one advanced course and according to the decision of the IT
