Static Apnea

The workshop is suitable for any freediver who wants to improve comfort during long breath-holds.

We will learn to maximize the ability to hold our breath in water without movement.
With the help of preparation and breathing exercises, you will reach a breath-hold time of over 3 minutes in the water in a safe and fun way, realizing the potential of your mammalian dive reflex with the guidance of Blue Prana’s Instructors.
